Chrysler Hemi 331 – Race

This program was design in conjunction with Gene Adams Performance. For racing classes that require the use of an Iron casting this is your answer! This program takes a factory 331 Early Hemi Casting (#1556157, #1486833, or Insustrial) and turns it into the baddest factory Early Hemi head out there! The casting receives new exhaust seats (Nitro Use or if in poor condition), new custom bronze CHE guides (7mm – 5/16 – 11/32), brass pushrod tubes installed, surfacing, spark plug tube seals machined & installed, guides sized, precision valve job with proprietary seat profiles, and flow tested. Each set of heads can also be custom built to your needs featuring custom Ferrea Stainless or Titanium Valves and valve spring packages from Comp Cams, Crane Cams, or PAC.

Labor Package – Labor Package starts at $2500

Package Includes: CNC Program, hand blended Intake & Exhaust ports, guides installed – sized and honed to spec, seats installed (when needed), Proprietary Profile Valve Job, Light Head Surfacing, Cleaned, and ready for parts.

Intake manifold: Have a new or used intake manifold? Send it in to get port matched to the heads. A in house mockup block is used to make sure everything lines up before it heads out the door. Better ease of final assembly!

There are various port designs for this head that can flow from 380cfm to 400+cfm, contact for your specific needs.
